As a Senior UX Designer, you are responsible for UX development for SHIELD’s products. Be expected to work closely with various internal stakeholders to conduct user research for UX development, and define and prioritize business and feature requirements. What a Business Analyst Does in SHIELD

  • Conduct market research to support strategic business planning initiatives, product development and business operations
  • Interpret data and work with internal teams to deliver data-driven presentations and reports for internal teams and external customers
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required

What You Need

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a highly analytical/numerical subject or equivalent experience
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Strong numeracy essential, with an ability to interpret, analyse and present statistics in an interesting way
  • Aptitude for business and business metrics
  • Good report writing skills
  • Strong communication skills and excellent command of both written and spoken English

Accountant

As an Accountant, you are responsible in handling full set accounts and perform end-to-end functions such as billing, payment collection, financial closing and reporting. Be expected to work closely with various internal stakeholders to assist in budgetary control, consolidation, management accounting and financial analysis.

What an Accountant Does in SHIELD

  • Perform full set of accounting duties including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger and general journal
  • Perform end-to-end accounts functions including but not limited to checking and validation, billing, payment collection and reporting
  • Responsible for accounts receivable process by preparing prompt and accurate clients’ invoices for monthly billing and timely payment collection 
  • Process timely and accurate month-end financial closing 
  • Prepare financial statements for financial reporting
  • Assist in budgetary control, consolidation, management accounting and financial analysis
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

What You Need

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related fields
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Accountancy or related fields 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Meticulous and attention to details 
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Prior audit experience is a plus
